Change Address Information

  1. Click on the profile icon
  2. Click update profile information
  3. Click the x icon to clear existing address information
  4. Fill out new address information under what is your address
  5. Click update to save changes

Change Your Email Address

  1. Click on the profile icon
  2. Click update profile information
  3. Click update email address
  4. Fill out new email address
  5. Click update email button to save changes
  6. Confirm new email address link sent

Note: Email verification process will be initiated

Change Password

  1. Must be logged out of account
  2. Click login in navigation bar
  3. Click forgot password?
  4. Fill out email address
  5. Click continue
  6. Receive link sent to email to reset password
  7. Create new password
  8. Click next icon to save password
  9. Login to account with new password

Update Phone Number

  1. Click on the profile icon
  2. Click Update profile information
  3. Clear the phone number
  4. Fill out new phone number
  5. Click update
  6. Click send verification
  7. Enter verification code received through sms message
  8. Click confirm
  9. Click the continue button

Add an Invite Code

  1. Click on the profile icon
  2. Click invitation code
  3. Enter invitation code received from Futuro Health team member
  4. Click submit
  5. Click catalog to view a list of available courses

Add New Certificate

  1. Must be logged in
  2. Click on the profile icon
  3. Click on update certification
  4. Select a certification from the dropdown list
  5. Enter agency name
  6. Enter certification number
  7. Click submit
  8. Wait for certification to be verified by Futuro Health team member
